        Don't credit me for Jevons - for two reasons.
        a) Many people have talked about him.
        b) I've done a lot more than just talk about Jevons.

        I'm crediting Simon Wardley for Jevon's Paradox as without him digging the work of dead economists up we likely wouldn't know it was there.
