Would it be a 1-month process or a 6-month process? Should it be with all citizens, a random and representative sample of citizens, or at least one iteration/phase with each group?

What is necessary for the process to be seen as legitimate by a critical mass of Egyptians? What could go wrong? What is the average Egyptian capable of contributing?

In post-revolution Egypt, feelings of frustration and oppression have been ousted by feelings of hope and inspiration. Energy, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility and citizenship have driven people to the streets in efforts to make their country a better and more beautiful place to live.

Many different organizations some old and some new have emerged providing food, financial help, literacy programs, teaching skills to help the unemployed etc. And some even forming political parties. Unfortunately, these programs aren't getting enough publicity. So the idea came to make a website with a searchable database of volunteer and donation opportunities.
