A crowdsourcing platform to negotiate the new Egyptian constitution
An online platform for Egyptian citizens to influence the negotiations of a new constitution for Egypt following the September 2011 parliamentary elections by (a) reviewing constitutional texts from comparator countries, sorted by relevant article, contextual similarity, historical origin, (b) proposing articles and concepts for the new Egyptian constitution, (c)
reconciling different texts through voting, argument mapping and other methods and (d) communicating results beyond online communities by engaging Egyptians without internet access into the debate

Is this project still ongoing? I tried entering the cloudtostreet website, but it's not working anymore. The wathiqah website isn't available in English. Please let me know, I'm writing my masterthesis on peace building lessons for Libya.
