What projects should we discuss / work on at HackForEgypt?

Charity Website

In post-revolution Egypt, feelings of frustration and oppression have been ousted by feelings of hope and inspiration. Energy, enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility and citizenship have driven people to the streets in efforts to make their country a better and more beautiful place to live.

Many different organizations some old and some new have emerged providing food, financial help, literacy programs, teaching skills to help the unemployed etc. And some even forming political parties. Unfortunately, these programs aren't getting enough publicity. So the idea came to make a website with a searchable database of volunteer and donation opportunities.

Thank you Eli, Crowdrise looks great.

Unfortnately, the vast majority of Egyptians need the site to be in Arabic. English is a second language for many, but not as strong/comfortable as the mother tongue. Logisitically having event addresses in Arabic, would also make locating events far easier.
However there are many foreigners living in Egypt, and I thought of having a Google Translate This Page Widget as part of the header.
